At Sunshine Worm Farm, we're committed to your complete satisfaction. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
We guarantee that your worms will arrive alive and healthy. If they don't, we'll replace them or issue a full refund.
To qualify for our live arrival guarantee:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the worms in their original packaging
- Keep the packaging until the claim is resolved
If you're not satisfied with the quality of our castings or tea, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
Refund process:
- Contact us with your order number
- Describe the issue with photos if possible
- We'll process your refund or send a replacement within 3-5 business days
Non-living products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if they're unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
